Lucinda Kerschensteiner, MBA, is the Rocky Mountain Regional Director for Charity Services Centers, P.A. and acts as an advisor to the Center for Social Change. Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Lucinda deepens relationships between nonprofits and banks by providing CSC’s unique deposit program and technical assistance. Lucinda works with CSC’s social impact partners to develop replication and expansion strategies and bring new high impact programs into communities. In addition, Lucinda has provided career and small business coaching services, facilitated strategic planning sessions and conducted training since 1998. After returning to school for her MBA, she founded Uhambo, a U.S. nonprofit that supports children with disabilities in less resourced areas of Southern Africa. She is a member of the Fort Collins Rotary Club and a Board Member of Integrative Change, Inc., a business network dedicated to health and wellness professionals in South Florida. Lucinda received her bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and her MBA in Global Social & Sustainable Enterprises from Colorado State University.
